your own hierarchy
build a genre tree in the bundled editor, export it to share, or import someone else's.
waveform seeking
with sonic analysis on your server, skip the six-minute ambient intro straight to the good stuff.
media keys and now playing
system controls on every desktop, lock screen and control centre on mobile.
a local cache
one sync up front, then incremental. search is instant even on huge libraries connected remotely.

ramus talks to the following: your plex media server (duh), plex.tv to sign in to your account, lrclib when you ask for lyrics, and other players on your network if you cast to them. that's the whole list. your plex token is encrypted at rest, and this website doesn't track you either.

free. open source.pick your platform.

every build comes straight from github releases. you'll need a plex media server with a music library.
